Eric has held senior leadership positions with start-up ventures and notable companies including McDonald’s, Disney, Revolution Foods and SOURCE Global, PBC. Eric has a passion for recruiting and developing high caliber emotionally intelligent teams who successfully tackle hyper growth business opportunities. His track record demonstrates his ability to grow big ideas from inception to multi-year growth opportunities in the foodservice, retail and food technology segments. He has been involved with over seventeen start-ups in founder, advisor, operator, and investor roles. Eric’s focus in the startup space has been primarily with Public Benefit Corporations including business models that focus on societal inequalities like social justice, food supply chain reinvention and clean water accessibility.

Eric currently holds the role of Founder & Chief Exploration Officer at Cloud 9 Performance Solutions where he works with emerging and established company leadership to pursue game changing strategic initiatives.

His track record has grown big ideas from inception to multi-­‐  year growth opportunities in the retail, food technology and technology segments.

Eric has a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business and Technology from University of Southern California. He has previously earned an MBA from The University of Redlands and Bachelor of Science in Resort and Lodging Management from California State University, Chico.
